Southern Homes Realty has been in business since 1975. Were one of the oldest Real Estate and Rental Companies in Pensacola Florida. We are proud of this fact and are glad to have provided this service to all our Neighbors and Friends. We have a saying, "We served your Grand Parents now were ready to serve you."

Southern Homes Realty LLC Real Estate and Property Management Services are delivered by a Professional Full time Staff. Our Property management Department is represented by a Law Firm that provides legal services which help us manage your property, but also to protects the interest of the homeowner. This service includes but not limited to the preparation of leases and other forms, giving legal advice regarding your property, filing evictions and handling Security Deposit disputes .

We have a full time Maintenance Coordinator to ensure that repairs and maintenance requirements are performed in a timely fashion, at the least expense to our owners.
